Terms & Conditions

Terms governing use of this website and the basis on which we quote and supply.

Last updated 3 September 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by El Yasmina Herbs & Spices, a grower, processor and exporter of dried herbs, spices, seeds, flowers and dehydrated vegetables, established in 2015 and based in Beni Suef, Egypt. By using this website you accept these terms.

2. The website is information, not an offer

Product listings, specifications, photographs, origin details and any indicative figures on this website are provided for general information about our range. They do not constitute a binding offer to sell. Nothing on this site creates a contract between us.

3. Quotations and orders

  • A quotation becomes binding only when issued by us in writing for a specific product, quantity, packaging, destination and Incoterm, and accepted by you within its stated validity period.
  • Prices are quoted per shipment and depend on crop availability, grade, packaging, treatment, freight and the agreed Incoterm. They are not the prices shown or implied anywhere on this website.
  • Minimum order quantities vary by product and packaging and are confirmed in the quotation.
  • A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing. Payment terms are those stated in the confirmed order or proforma invoice.

4. Samples

Samples are supplied to let you assess quality and grade. They are representative of the lot offered at the time of sending. Natural agricultural products vary between harvests and lots, and reasonable variation in colour, size, moisture and volatile-oil content is normal and does not constitute a defect.

5. Specifications, treatment and documentation

Product specification, any sterilisation or fumigation treatment, and the export documents to be issued are agreed per shipment and recorded in the order confirmation. Where certificates from independent bodies are required, these are arranged on request and at the terms stated in the quotation.

6. Compliance in your market

You are responsible for confirming that the product, its specification, labelling and treatment satisfy the import, food-safety and phytosanitary requirements of the destination country. We will support you with the documentation agreed for the shipment, but we cannot accept responsibility for import clearance decisions taken by authorities in your market.

7. Certifications

References on this website to ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, US FDA Food Facility Registration or third-party inspection describe the systems, registrations and services we operate or make available. Current certificates, registration details and their scope are provided on request and are the authoritative record.

8. Intellectual property

The El Yasmina name and logo, and the text, layout, photographs and graphics on this website, belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written consent.

9. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change or withdraw any part of it, including product listings, at any time and without notice.

10. Links to other sites

Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience only. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business arising from use of this website. Liability in relation to goods we supply is governed by the confirmed order and the applicable sale contract, not by this website.

12. Privacy

Personal data submitted through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction. The law and dispute-resolution mechanism applying to an individual sale are those set out in the confirmed order or sale contract, which prevail over this clause for that transaction.

14. Changes

We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
