What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and packaging and usually starts at full-bag or pallet quantities. Share your target volume and destination and we will confirm the MOQ for your item.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Representative samples are available on request so you can approve quality and grade before placing an order.
What are your typical lead times?
Lead time depends on the product, quantity and any treatment or documentation required. We confirm a delivery window with every quotation.
Which certifications do you hold?
We operate a certified food-safety system covering ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and HACCP, and we are registered with the US FDA (Food Facility Registration) for shipments to the United States. Independent SGS inspection is available on request. See our Food Safety page.
What export documents do you provide?
Certificate of Analysis, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, health certificate, pesticide-residue and microbiological reports and more — prepared per shipment for your destination market.
Do you offer sterilisation or treatment?
Yes. Steam sterilisation and PH₃ fumigation are available on request to meet your market's microbial and phytosanitary requirements.
How are products packed?
Food-grade PP bags (commonly 25 kg) or packaging to your specification — from bulk sacks to retail-ready formats.
Which markets do you serve?
We currently ship to France, Switzerland, Serbia, Poland and China, and welcome enquiries from buyers worldwide.
Do you support private label?
Yes. We work with importers, distributors and private-label brands and are set up for long-term supply programmes.
Where are you based and where do you source?
We are based in Beni Suef Governorate, Egypt, and source directly from farmers across the Nile Delta, Fayoum, and Middle & Upper Egypt.
